Use this application to ask the Apex Board of Adjustment to review a decision or interpretation by the Planning Director or another official administering the Unified Development Ordinance. The Town says to submit the completed application within 30 calendar days of the written decision or interpretation and before 5:00 p.m., with the fee and required supporting materials. The packet includes an Affidavit of Ownership and space for its legal description.
